Perfect makes practice with digital signage

Mike Sansone tell this story about a four-year old who told him that "Perfect makes practice." What?! Isn't is supposed to be "Practice makes perfect?" The more you practice, the more perfect you get. Right?

But as his blog post details, the kiddo had it right.

Here's an excerpt:

Before we do something or hear about something, we're perfect at it, but once we try it -- we understand we need practice.  Wow. And she's four.

Every driver is perfect -- until the get behind the wheel for the first time.

Every blog post is perfect -- until we start writing it.
Every battle plan, every marketing campaign, every blog, and every community is perfect -- until the human element touches it.

Then we realize that perfect makes practice.

This applies to everything new that we do, including digital signage. Every digital signage vendor is perfect on their website until you start researching. Each installation is perfect until the work is ready to be done. Every piece of digital signage content is perfect until it's viewed by your audiences.

And as Mike suggests, the human element gets involved and then the fun begins. Perfect makes practice with digital signage.
