Let Google do your research for you

There are seemingly hundreds (if not more) of digital signage solutions out there in the marketplace today. And, if you're conducting your own digital signage research, you know how confusing it can be evaluating options. Every solution looks good on a website, but it's nearly impossible to compare one solution to another because each provider goes about it a little bit differently.

Google AlertsIf you are finding it difficult to stay on top of digital signage news or want to see what's being said about different providers and manufacturers, I recommend using Google Alerts. You can have Google search both websites and blogs like this one.

Much like everything else Google provides, Google Alerts are free. You give Google your various search terms ("employee communications" for example), determine the frequency of how often you want your updates to be sent to you and to which email address you want them delivered. If you have an RSS reader (Google has one of those, too), you can simply add your search term's feed.

Using Google Alerts is an easy way to have news and information delivered right to your inbox or RSS reader without having to go out and search for it yourself.
