Have a safe Memorial Day weekend

Memorial Day weekend brings back proud memories from my childhood. Most notable of those memories were visiting the grave site of my grandfather, a WWII veteran. And I can vividly remember seeing dozens of other families there on those days paying tribute. It's always refreshing to see a holiday being used for what it's truly intended -- honoring military who sacrificed themselves for the good of the country.

Here is a piece of digital signage content that our MediaServices team created in honor of the holiday.

It's also this time of year I can remember that many corporate communication departments would be inundated with "buckle up" messages. And rightfully so. AAA estimates that more than 32 million will travel throughout the country this weekend.

And with living in Indianapolis, Memorial Day weekend brings on a whole slew of additional memories, like 300,000 people visiting for the Indy 500. Let's just hope the weather holds out, fingers crossed.

Have a safe Memorial Day weekend.
