Extend the reach of your corporate LCDs

Many companies are using basic LCD televisions and monitors as a form of digital signage for employee communications. Some are networked to a content server, while others are simply wired straight to a PC in a back closet somewhere. No matter the solution, they can be quite manual to update and a pain to keep current.

But if your company already has LCDs and you're tired of the hands-on labor to keep them up to date, all is not lost. MediaTile is here for you.

MTC Component PlayerWith our Component Player you gain (nearly) all of the advantages of our Digital Sign in a Box without having to invest money in new screens. Our Component Player acts as a digital signage media player that hooks into the VGA port on the back of your LCD. You can then use our award-winning cellular networking feature to deliver dynamic content to it and our Broadcast Portal to manage it.

I mentioned "nearly all" because with our DSB you can schedule to have the screens turn off during times when employees aren't around, extending your screen life and saving a bit of electricity. Unfortunately our Component Players do not have the ability to power down another manufacturer's LCD. By no means a deal-breaker but a definite lost feature. You also cannot control the volume remotely, whereas you can with our DSB.

Simply put, our Component Player can help you transition your existing LCDs into a powerful celular digital signage solution.
